06 NDRF team deployment in Gujarat in view of heavy rain forecast
One team sent to Valsad and one to Amreli
06 Battalion NDRF in Vadodara deployed at important location of Gujarat in view of the heavy rain forecast in coming days.
On requisition of state Relief commissioner, the battalion has dispatched a well-equipped team to Valsad and another team to Amreli.
According to the battalion's deputy commander Anupam, the team has been dispatched with PPE kits and necessary equipment to carry out vigilance related to Covid in addition to rescue equipment.
