Married man commits suicide amid domestic dispute in Achod Village, Bharuch

A tragic incident unfolded in Achod village of Amod taluka, where a 38-year-old man, Laxman Rathod, ended his life by consuming poison following a dispute with his wife.

Originally from Saran village, Laxman had been residing in Navinagari, Achod. After ingesting poison, he was rushed to the Amod Collective Health Center via a 108 ambulance. However, despite medical efforts, he succumbed during treatment.

Upon receiving the report, Amod Police reached the scene, sending the body for post-mortem. The incident has left his family devastated, with two daughters and a son now bereft of their father’s presence.

Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances that led to this extreme step.
