Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation gets stock of Covid vaccine
Till December 27, the civic body administered the first dose to 51.09 lakh citizens aged 18 and above
The civic body, which had run out of Covid vaccines over 20 days ago, has received a fresh stock of 43,000 doses from the central government. From Tuesday, the AMC will resume vaccination at all urban health centres.
The health department said the Union government sent 25,000 doses of Covishield and 18,000 doses of Covaxin.
Till December 27, the civic body administered the first dose to 51.09 lakh citizens aged 18 and above.
The second dose was administered to 47.12 lakh people, while the booster dose was given to 10.52 lakh citizens.
