Unfortunately, iconic Indian vocalist Lata Mangeshkar's health deteriorated once more on Saturday, and she was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital. She is currently in ICU and responding well to medical operations, according to the most recent information.

In a press conference, the singer's doctor, Prateet Samdani, gave the most recent report on her health.

He informed, "She is under aggressive therapy. We are continuously observing her. She continues to be in ICU, she is under serious observation. Her treatment is going on in Breach Candy hospital."

According to sources, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) Chief Raj Thackeray visited the veteran singer in Breach Candy Hospital.

Lata Mangeshkar was taken to Mumbai's Breach Candy hospital in January after testing positive for COVID. The 92-year-old singer was diagnosed with pneumonia caused by COVID-19.

Lata Mangeshkar, dubbed "The Nightingale of India," began her successful singing career at the tender age of 13 in 1942, and has over 30,000 songs to her credit in many Indian languages.

The Melody Queen of India has received various prizes and accolades, including the Padma Bhushan, Padma Vibhushan, and Dada Saheb Phalke Award, as well as numerous National Film Awards. She has also been awarded India's highest civilian honour, the Bharat Ratna.

She has sang for all of Bollywood's leading heroines across the generations.
