WhatsApp rolls out revamped calling interface for iPhone users

In its latest update, the popular messaging platform WhatsApp has rolled out a new calling interface for iPhone users, enhancing the overall user experience.

The update, which is being gradually rolled out to all iOS users in the coming weeks, features a redesigned calling screen with a semi-transparent background and all the basic call controls now positioned at the bottom.

According to sources, who first spotted the new interface in the WhatsApp beta for Android, this update is part of a series of enhancements and modernization efforts for WhatsApp's calling features.

While the official changelog does not explicitly mention the new calling interface, users who have updated to the latest version, 24.14.78, on the App Store have already started experiencing the changes.

The new design not only improves the visual appeal of the calling screen but also makes it more user-friendly, with enlarged profile photos in the middle of the screen.

iPhone users are encouraged to update their WhatsApp app to the latest version to ensure they can take advantage of this and other upcoming feature improvements.
