Vadodara-based chain of standardized salons, Trakky has secured Early-stage Startup Support from Gujarat’s emerging Startup Incubator cum Acceleration center – Vadodara Startup Studio, Powered by Parul University.

Trakky has also launched a Beta version of the Android app. Previously, the founding team had raised the pre-seed funding support under the Gujarat Government’s Student Startup & Innovation Policy (SSIP) from GTU.

Online salon aggregator platform – Trakky is started by three engineering graduates, Vijay Lamani, Shikhar Makwana & Shivang Rathod. Trakky lets users search and discover salons in their nearby areas, identify offers/deals, and book appointments.

To make the dream of a self-reliant India come true by three young entrepreneurs from Vadodara, and to ensure the necessary issues like hygiene, sanitation, disinfection, and hygiene in salons and beauty care centers after the COVID pandemic, An innovative SaaS platform has been developed with the goal of zero waiting time in salon booking, by Vadodara-based startup venture ‘Trakky’.

The startup claims that it gets 2800 users per month and processes an average of 40 appointments daily.

According to Shikhar Makwana, co-founder of Trakky, the Trakky app can be downloaded from Google Playstore, currently, more than 45 saloons are connected to this platform; and useful features like the live update, advance booking, live tracking, are available on the platform. In the near future, Trakky plans to expand to other cities besides Vadodara and Surat.
