Minister of Home Affairs Pradipsinh Jadeja said that the state government is committed to the security of the state which includes the vast coastline. Land or sea belt security forces are keeping an eye on everyone. Anyone who engages in anti national activities will not be spared. He was in Vadodara for the 125th birth anniversary celebrations of Zaverchand Meghani in Vadodara and gives this statement while talking to the media after asking about the case of illegal funding case exposed by Vadodara police.

In view of a case of suicide at Nikol due to harassment by money lenders, he said government is strictly taking measures along with police department to curb such incidents where people are resort to commit suicide due to harrassment by money lenders. In the last assembly the government has strictly took note of this and now such lenders be booked under PASA. In Nikol and others cases FIR has been registered and police is investigating further in the matter. The government is committed to stop the menace of money lenders.

Giving his statement regarding DJ system of Ganesh Mandals he said, the government has already issued various guidelines for celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi. The permission of the DJ system of Ganesh Mandals will be discussed and decided in the meeting of the state core committee.
