Unyde Systems Private Limited is acquired by Adani Enterprises for a 10% share

Adani Enterprises has paid Rs 3.75 crore for a ten percent share in Unyde Systems Private Limited (USPL).

Adani Enterprises stated in a statement that the Gautam Adani-led conglomerate will possess 71,818 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, representing 10% of USPL's Share Capital on a fully diluted basis, at a price of Rs 522 per share.

USPL is a start-up company that specialises in software development, turnover, and other information technology-enabled services and products. According to the official announcement, the company's revenue for the financial year 2020-201 was Rs. 0.86 crore.

Unyde Systems Private was founded on May 25, 2017 and specialises in software development as well as information technology-enabled services and solutions.
