To commemorate the glorious victory during the 1971 war with Pakistan, the Indian Navy celebrates 04 December every year as Navy Day. As a part of Navy Day 2018 celebrations, the Indian Navy is organising ‘Ships Open to Visitors’ on 22 Dec 18.

Two Indian Naval Warships, one Frigate and one Offshore Patrol Vessel, will be open to visitors at Porbandar Port from 1000-1700 hours on 22 December 2018.

All Indian citizens may utilise this opportunity to visit the ships. As per the release the visitors are requested to carry atleast one Government issued original Photo Identity Card like Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License etc.
