A March Past was organized by the Vadodara City Police on Friday as part of the 75 years celebrations of India's Independence through Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav. Police personnel, traffic brigade, She team, homeguards and students of the school joined in various costumes. The March past was flagged off by newly appointed Forest and Environment Minister Kirit Sinh Rana along with police commissioner, MP, Municipal Commisioner and other officials.

The rally started from Bhagat Singh Chowk and went around different parts of the city after ends at Gandhinagar Gruh. Around 500 police jawans joined the March past to celebrate the 75 years of India's Independence.

"The March past was organised as part of the celebration of Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav and joined by members from police, traffic, She team and homeguards. Our freedom fighters had sacrificed themselves for our Independence and we shall not forget it. At this time I want to convey my message to everyone to collectively work for the growth of our country and make it a superpower, " Said Dr. Samsher Singh police commissioner Vadodara.

Newly appointed Forest and Environment Minister Kirit Sinh Rana extend his wishes to the PM Narendra Modi on his 71st birthday and said he done lots of development work as CM of Gujarat and them as PM of India. He joined development work with the celebration as well as start various government schemes for people and reach them.
