Despite its international release, the action film has recorded modest earnings in India amid competition from other releases.

Actor Vidyut Jammwal’s Hollywood film Street Fighter is struggling to attract audiences in Indian theatres. Released on October 16, 2026, the action film has collected approximately ₹6.87 crore in India net collections during its first week, according to box-office estimates.

The film earned around ₹1.05 crore on its opening day. Collections increased over the weekend, with Sunday bringing in approximately ₹1.58 crore. However, weekday earnings remained limited, and the film collected around ₹49 lakh on Thursday, October 22.

The film’s total India gross collection has reached approximately ₹7.64 crore. The figures are estimates and may change as final box-office data are updated.

Competition Affects Box Office Performance

Street Fighter is facing competition from other theatrical releases, including Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 and Vijay Deverakonda’s Ranabaali. The competition has added pressure on the film to maintain its box-office performance.

Directed by Kitao Sakurai, Street Fighter is based on the popular video game franchise. The film features Vidyut Jammwal alongside international actors, including Jason Momoa, Noah Centineo, Callina Liang and Andrew Koji.

Despite Vidyut’s action skills and international cast, the film’s performance in India remains modest. Its collections in the coming days will determine whether it can gain further momentum at the domestic box office.
