Prince Ashokraje Gackwad School and Devyaniraje Gackwad School collaborated with Rangsagar Performing Arts registered their names in the record book for ‘Maximum artists tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on live social media from across the world’ on 30 January 2021.

On the occasions of Martyrs Day 2021 and Death Anniversary of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, Rangsagar Performing Arts organized a world record program under the great concept and mentorship of Naresh Patel.

Wherein 2000+ artist participate from across the world and performed Classical Dance, Music, Singing, Painting and Yoga on the bhajan songs “Vaishnav Jan
Toh Tene Kahiye & “Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram” and pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on Live Social Media between 7.00 pm to 7. 15 and set a New World Record on 30th January 2021 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

To achieve this Prince Ashokraje Gackwad School and Devyaniraje Gackwad School collaborated with them and took to singing of two of the favourite bhajans of Mahatma Gandhi, role playing featuring different incidents in his life, fancy dress to feature him, dancing to the Bhajans very dear to Mahatma Gandhi, painting on the spot even while singing and dancing going on, taking to physical activities nvołving Mallkhambh and Rope Mallkhambh to the tune of the favourite Bhajans of Bapu and so on.

In terms of the sheers strength of the participation involved in these activities, a world record was set and also recognized by the great Guinness Book of Record. In order to Honour the students, the teachers and the staff of Prince Ashokraje Gackwad School and Devyaniraje Gaekwad School, who set a new world record, Naresh Patel of Rangsagar Performing Arts, Ahmadabad, present the certificates to all the performers at Shree Jagannathji Temple, on school campus.
