Vadodara Crime Branch arrested three involved in stealing goods from a godown of supermarket

Vadodara Crime Branch has arrested three employees of a transport company who were involved in stealing goods from a godown stocked for supermarket in the Corona epidemic.

The goods of the city's Reliance Mall were kept at the Monalisa Estate opposite Gajrawadi in front of Idgah Maidan. Goods including cans of oil, were placed in the estate. Meanwhile, Shiv Shakti Transport personnel were to unload the goods from the godown and evacuate them at Reliance Mall at Undera.

But it was not completely evacuated by transport company personnel who tried to put aside some goods for their own benefit. The employees trying to shift goods into a car at open space in front of Satyanarayan township, Harivadan residency when police strikes and arrest tempo driver Arif Sheikh, labourer Sanjay Solanki and car driver Sunil Vasava in this matter.

Police seized rice, oil, ghee and soft drinks worth Rs. 9.76 lakh and registered a case in this regard.
