    Seized 90 injections from them

    Due to the current shortage of remedisivir injections used in treatment of corona positive patients, some people are involved in black-marketing and selling injections illegally to needy. Police is keeping a tab on such activities and received a information about the illegal black marketing of injections in Vadodara.

    The crime branch team received a information about one Rishi Jeghe resident of Ellorapark is involved in black marketing of the injection and was about to come near Nutan Vidyalaya in Subhanpura to receive the delivery. Based on that the police caught the accused and later arrest another four with Remedisivir injections after the interrogation of Rishi Jeghe.

    Police arrest Rishi Jeghe, Vikas Patel, Pratik Panchal, Manan Shah and Jatin Patel along with 90 injections worth 4.86 lakhs. The team also seized 2.5lakhs in cash, mobile and bike from the accused. Further investigation is on in the matter.
