The government has allowed weddings with a limit of 50 guests to prevent the transition of Corona pandemic. Yet some people were seen violating the government guidelines. However a young couple of Vadodara put forward an example before others by getting married in a simple way. They registered their marriage and then organise a blood donation camp instead of gathering of the guests.

With the Corona virus wreaking havoc across the country, including the city of Vadodara, all plans to celebrate the wedding with fanfare are being scrapped and taking place in the presence of only 50 people. Jayesh Navinchandra Mistry living in Vijayanagar area of ​​Vadodara city marry his wife on Tuesday and in view of Corona pandemic they had a registered marriage and did not even invite guests to the wedding. Instead they organised a blood donation camp at the Mahakali Mata temple at Vijayanagar. About 50 people donated blood in the two-hour blood donation camp.

The blood donation camp was organized on the wedding day is to ensure that people over the age of 18 across the country start donating blood before their vaccine starting from May 1. As young people cannot donate blood after taking the vaccine. Youths enthusiastically participated and donated blood in this camp.

The groom Jayesh Mistry said that today, on Hanuman Jayanti, they got married through registered marriage in the court. Following the government’s guideline they got married and on the first day engage in social service. They have organized the blood donation camp today to inspire people to come forward and donate blood. Today society is going through a delicate situation and everyone should understand their moral responsibility and go out of the house only if they have necessary work and should not do social gatherings. One should stay at home to prevent the corona transition.

The bride said that they want to inspire the society and hence organised the blood donation camp on their wedding day after get married in a simple way.

Vadodara city BJP president Vijay Shah, who was present on the occasion, congratulated the couple and wished them for their noble work. He said since this day is also Hanuman Jayanti, the way Hanumanji brought Sanjeevani booti, similarly the administration is fighting against Corona by Sanjeevani Raths and they will all get together and defeat the deadly virus.
