One died in misfire from group of hunters at Choranda village in Karjan

A Nilgai was fired upon by a group of nilgai hunters late at night at the border of Choranda village in Karjan taluka of Vadodara district. However one member of the group was shot dead in the firing. Karjan police is further investigating in the case.

As per available details, a gang of hunters came late at night at Haldarwa and Jungle village of Bharuch district to hunt nilgai in Choranda village. However due to misfire one member of the group was injured and was rushed to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Meanwhile, the incident reported to Karan police and Botad police rushed to the spot this morning and started an investigation after getting details from the locals.
