ECMI is a European Network  Consortium of more than 100 academic institutions that acts cooperatively to promote Mathematics in Industry. The Educational Committee is very active in developing European MSc degrees of mathematics for industry, whereas the Research & Innovation Committee develops methods to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

One of ECMI’s most important instruments are the Study Groups Mathematics with Industry, which Prof. Dhanesh Patel has organized in Baroda several times, most recently in virtual form (for the first time in the world!).”
