Vadodara Warasia police have busted a gang of robbers involved in mobile theft in city and district. The accused target women and elderly and robbed mobiles from them. With their arrest police have solved the cases registered at Panigate, Waghodia and Karjan police stations. Police recovered eleven mobiles and other items from them.

Pritamdas Raghubhai Vasava and Vishal Shantilal Vasava of Dhamnaj village in Karjan taluka of Vadodara district left home on Activa and snatched mobiles from woman and elderly talking on phone. Mobile theft cases were registered at police stations in Vadodara city's Panigate, Karjan and Waghodia. Meanwhile, policemen from Warsia police station were on patrol and caught the accused after a tip off.

Police seized 11 mobiles worth Rs 1.23 lakh, Activa worth Rs 45,000 and Rs 530 in cash from both the accused. Warasia police have busted the mobile robbery gang and solved the case registered in Panigate police station area of Vadodara. Apart from this, the cased of mobile robbery of a woman's mobile in Jessingpura village of Waghodia and two cases registered at Karjan police station have been solved.
