Vadodara Sayajiganj police registered a theft complaint filed by woman professor of Sayaji Hospital Medical College. The unknown accused broke the glass of her car parked at Sayajibaug and stole a purse containing Rs 1 lakh in cash and other items.

Incidents of theft being carried out by theives by breaking the glass of parked car are increasing in Vadodara city. A similar incident took place on Thursday evening. Dr. Neelam Pandya is a professor in Sayaji Hospital Medical College and her husband owns a clinic in front of Bhavans School in Makarpura. On Thursday she parked her car in front of the middle gate of Kamatibaug.

The car had two purses under the front seat carrying important documents, credit and debit cards, pendrives having important data, house and hospital keys and tuition class fee of cash of Rs 01 lakh of her son.

After return back she noticed the glass of the car was broken and both purses were stolen. She gives a complaint in Sayajiganj police station and based on that investigation is carried on by the police to nab the accused.
