Series of meetings with Savli MLA Ketan Inamdar for Baroda dairy issue

Vadodara district BJP incharge Parakramsinh Jadeja, MP Ranjan Bhatt met Ketan Inamdar at circuit house over the price rise issue of milk producers of the district and said the issue will be sorted by tomorrow.

Waghodia MLA Madhu Srivastava, Dabhoi MLA Shailesh Mehta and Karjan MLA Akshay Patel also reached in support of Ketan Inamdar and said the milk producers shall get justice. However later in the day Ketan Inamdar along with all the other MLA's were called to Gandhinagar for the meeting in the issue.

Earlier in the day the milk producers from Gothda, Manjusar and of Savli, who had left early this morning to hand over the application form to the Vadodara District Collector, were detained by the police at Dumad Chokdi near Vadodara. On the other hand, police bandobast was also set up at Baroda Dairy. Some of them reached circuit house where a meeting was held at the Circuit House between 4 BJP MLAs including Ketan Inamdar with district BJP in-charge and MP.

Notably, the Savli MLA has threatened to go on strike from Thursday as no agreement was reached between the MLAs and the Dairy authorities on Monday.
