Vadodara railway police finally register formal FIR in Valsad rape case. Investigating officer Railway IG Subhash Trivedi said complaint will be registered under IPC 306 and other sections against the persons accused of committed crime against the victim. All will be clear after the scientific data report. Further investigation is carried on by the teams to bring justice to the girl.
IG Subhash Trivedi said, on 29th the girl was overpowered by two persons and dragged her inside vaccine institute ground. Her hands were tied when the eye witness saw her near the spot. The reconstruction of the whole incident is necessary as the date mentioned in dairy and the incident date are not matched. After accessing cctv, mobile data of Vadodara, Navsari, Surat, Valsad we found the girl committed suicide due to the mental trauma. On Wednesday the railway police registered case under IPC 306 and other sections against the accused.
He said, around 25 teams investigate sex offenders, suspicious, addicted, rickshaw drivers and access cctv, mobile data, mobile tower, human intelligence to get into the root of the incident. They are hopeful to solve the case soon and give justice to the girl.
