A book on New Era of Forensic Accounting has been written by young CA Jyot Bakshi from Vadodara. A virtual release was made at the hands of Padma Shri CA T.N. Manoharan from Chennai.

At a time when cases of financial irregularities as well as fraud are on the rise, the Institute of Chartered Accountants has issued norms on the subject in February.

When a new era of forensic accounting has begun in India, this book is written by young CA Jyot Bakshi. This may be the first book written by a CA on such a subject at the age of only twenty-four, which can be considered a moment of pride for Vadodara.

A very intensive study is also being done on forensic accounting among the regulatory bodies of India CBI, ED, RBI, E.O.W. The agency is also currently hiring a chartered accountant to investigate financial irregularities.

Currently such an initiative has been taken by a young C.A. on a different subject.The book has also been critically acclaimed by Chetan Dalal, a forensic accountant and investigation expert in Mumbai.

Sameer Parajpe and K.C. Mehta also expressed their views as the chief guest at the book release. The topic was now discussed by young CAs in India and how forensic accountants can be applied to companies for the purpose of preventing financial malpractice.

CA Jyot Bakshi is the son of CA Manish Bakshi of Vadodara, who became a CA at just 21 years old. He has written a book on this subject at the age of only 24 years, which has been appreciated by chartered accountants. CA Jyot Bakshi has increased the pride of Vadodara by writing a book at an early age.
