"Failure of BJP government to tackle Covid 19 will be our main agenda in the upcoming 2022 elections along with after effects like inflation, education, unemployment and spoil the human development index. We hope the change in top will bring some relief to people in Gujarat, " Said senior leader Bharatsinh Solanki in Vadodara while addressing the media about the Covid Nyay Yatra.
The Congress has also become active in the run-up to the forthcoming Assembly elections and is trying to reach out to the masses by organizing a Covid Nyaya Yatra in which they met families lost their members and fill up forms to get help from the government. They put forward demands like compensation of Rs 4 lakh to everyone died due to corona (effects and suspicious), immediate payment of full treatment expenses of all Corona infected patients, judicial inquiry into the complete failure and criminal negligence of the government system during the Corona era as well as giving permanent jobs to the heirs of the government Corona Warriors who died from the Corona transition and many others. With this they planned and take out the Nyay Yatra starting from the month of August.
Giving the status about the campaign Senior leader Bharatsinh Solanki in Vadodara said that state government miserably failed to tackle covid situation and this will be there main agenda in upcoming elections. Moreover the other issues associated with it like unemployment, inflation, education, social structure will also be taken by them. He said a revolt is needed by people to remove this government.
In the case of new Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, Bharatsinh Solanki lashed out at the government, saying that the Gujarat government is run by an officer named Kailash Nathan. He extend his wishes to the new Chief Minister and hopeful that he will work for the benefit and well being of people. He said they will wait for three months and then give their analysis about the new CM.
He also take a pinch by saying that the new CM will be responsible for fund raising. It is doubtful whether BJP state president CR Patil will allow the new Chief Minister to work. BJP MLAs cannot say their problems.
