On the occasion of the completion of five years of the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Vijay Rupani and Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel, various programs of public welfare and public interest are being held across the state under "Five Years of Our Government, Sauna Saath Sauna Vikas".

As a part of which Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani as well as Minister of State for Women and Child Welfare Vibhavari Dave will launch various women oriented programmes from Vadodara on the occasion of 'Women's Pride Day' on 4th August. The purpose is to honoring and uplifting the women of Gujarat state.

Organized by the state's rural development, urban development department and women and children department on the occasion of Women's Pride Day, Chief Minister will inaugurate the distribution of loans under Mukhya Mantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana and digital inauguration of various development works under the Department of Women and Child Development.

The state government will provide a total of Rs 100 crore to one lakh women and about 10,000 Sakhi Mandals in the state without interest under the Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana. In which 38 in urban area and 70 in rural area together a total of 108 women upliftment programs will be organized. In this program 5000 in urban area and 5000 in rural area thus a total of more than 10 thousand Sakhi Mandals will participate.

Besides, 200 Anganwadi houses will be inaugurated by the Chief Minister as well as laying the foundation of 143 Anganwadi houses. Along with this, Sakhi One Stop Centers will be inaugurated in Lunawada and Navsari as well as at Modasa, Himmatnagar and Gandhinagar.
