In response to the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, protests and tribute events were held across the Bharuch district, expressing solidarity with the victims and demanding strong action against the perpetrators.
In Ankleshwar GIDC, Shree Shyam Seva Samiti and Vishwa Hindu Parishad jointly organized a candle march that began at the police station intersection and proceeded through Sardar Park, Jaldhara intersection, and Pashupatinath Temple, concluding at Navjeevan Garba Ground.
Simultaneously in Bharuch, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) also held a candlelight protest.
The program, attended by District AAP President Piyush Patel and several party workers, involved lighting candles in tribute to the deceased and raising strong demands for a decisive response from the government.
