Ankleshwar: Youth Congress protests over arrest of Congress MLA Jignesh Mewani by Assam Police

The Ankleshwar-Hansot assembly Youth Congress in Bharuch district staged a protest against the arrest of Jignesh Mewani, an Indian National Congress MLA from Vadgam, by Assam police.

At the Ankleshwar city railway station, under the leadership of Ankleshwar-Hansot Assembly Youth Congress President Sharif Kanuga, the statue of Babasaheb Ambedkar was decorated with flowers. A large number of Youth Congress leaders and activists were present in protest of the unconstitutional arrest of Jignesh Mewani, MLA and youth leader of Indian National Congress, Vadgam, by the Assam Police.

Youth Congress President Sharif Kanuga, General Secretary Wasim Falwala, Former Youth President Bharat Parmar, District Leader Magan Master, Iqbal Gori, Spandan Patel and a large number of Cong Activists were present.
