AMC cancels recruitment ad for fire department posts including CFO

The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has cancelled the recruitment process to fill five positions in the fire department including that of chief fire officer (CFO) since it could not find suitable candidates.

Three months ago, the AMC had announced direct recruitment for one position of chief fire officer, one position of additional chief fire officer and two positions of deputy chief fire officer.
