After the delivery at Thakorbhai Patel Hospital in Vadodara, there was an uproar over the death of mother. The matter reached the Collectorate with the allegation by the relatives that she had died due to the negligence of hospital staff.

A pregnant patient named Niraliben Nai died at Thakorbhai Patel Hospital in Raopura area of ​​Vadodara on Saturday. She was rushed to Sayaji Hospital as soon as her health worsened after the birth of the baby and need of ICU arose. But Niraliben died while undergoing treatment there are the hospital.

Alleging that her death was due to negligence on the part of the doctors and staff of the hospital, the family create ruckus at the hospital. Following which, the police rushed to the hospital and settled the matter.

The family later approached the collector office and demanded action against negligent hospital staff as well as the authorities.
