Sejal Gulia , has won the women Gold medal in 22nd Sub junior National fencing championship being  held at Bhubaneswar from 24 to 26 Mar 2021. She was also part of the team event wherein Karnataka won the gold medal.

The golden girl from Haryana and representing Karnataka state has proved her mettle  yet again by defeating her rivals with an enterprising exhibition of speed and agility.

Her father Colonel Yash Gulia is presently serving in Arunachal Pradesh while she lives & trains in Bengaluru with her mother Ambika also a retired Captain from Indian Army.

Like her idol Bhavani Devi who has recently become the  first ever Indian women fencer to qualify for Olympics, Sejal too aspires to represent India at World stage.
