Commercial LPG cylinder prices have witnessed another increase, reaching ₹2,820 for a 19-kg cylinder in Delhi from November 1, 2026. This marks the third consecutive monthly hike, adding to the financial burden on hotels, restaurants and food businesses during the festive season.

The latest revision has increased the price by ₹10 compared to the previous rate of ₹2,810. The continuous rise in commercial cooking gas prices is likely to push up operating expenses for restaurants, roadside eateries, catering services and other businesses that depend on LPG for daily operations. The repeated price hikes could also have an indirect impact on consumers, as food outlets may consider increasing menu prices to manage their rising expenses.

However, there is some relief for household consumers, as domestic LPG cylinder prices have remained unchanged. Commercial and domestic LPG cylinders are subject to separate pricing revisions.

With the latest increase, businesses are once again facing higher operating costs at a time when festive-season demand is high.
