Central health team visited Vadodara to review Covid care situation
Central health department team visited Vadodara on Saturday to review the Covid care situation in the city. Headed by NCDC (National Centre for Disease Control) director Dr. Sujeet kumar the team of Dr. Saurabh Goyal and Dr. Himanshu Chauhan reached the city and met Collector Shalini Agarwal, OSD Dr. Vinod Rao and other officials to take stock of the situation in the city.

The team visited the city to met the official and review the situation and the measures taken by the administration to tackle the Covid 19 situation in the city and district. Dr. Sujeet Kumar said, the recovery rate in the country is good in comparison and death rate is also low. They managed to control the disease and focus on to maintain a balance between the cases and hospital facilities so that the patients can get the best treatment.

He said that they have to think beyond the numbers and administration is taking proactive measures to fight the disease. The virus make them learn a lot in terms of treatment and continue the same till they defeat the virus. He also added that it’s a joint effort of government, administration, doctors and people to fight and appeal everyone to follow the golden and effective rule of wearing mask, maintain social distancing and sanitise regularly.
