BJP MLA Madhu Srivastava of Vadodara district’s Waghodia constituency, is upset that his son Deepak Srivastava did not get a ticket. He hinted for a change till 6th of this month but still shows his loyalty towards the party.

Madhu Srivastava said that the Gujarat state president has changed and so as the rules. Shailesh Mehta (Sotta) son also not get the ticket so as my son. He was sad that his son has been a corporator for 10 years. He won the first independent election and was elected for the second time in Vadodara with the highest number of votes. Even if the ticket is cut, there is still one day left.  Hopefully, by the 6th, there will be something new.

He further said that the party will give the ticket, even if it does not then the party will try to give the ticket by supporting later. BJP will give ticket and we will win. Before this he also fought as an independent and then the BJP gave him a ticket. His son also fought independently and after winning BJP gave him the ticket. As per party rules, even the daughter of the Prime Minister’s brother has not been given a ticket.

He said if the party don’t change the decision they will think something else. He seek ticket for his wife but himself denied and hopeful to get ticket for his daughter.

Deepak Srivastava, son of BJP MLA Madhubhai Srivastava of Waghodia constituency, is the current councilor of Vadodara ward no. 15. However, Madhu Srivastava is upset that Deepak Srivastava’s ticket has been cut in the list announced by the BJP on Thursday. He hinted for something new change till 6th of this month but still shows his loyalty to the party.
