A watchman returning home after the night duty fatally drowned inside open drain in Vadodara. The incident happened on Dandia bazaar road where he fell inside the drain and drowned.
As per details Mahendrasinh Rana 58 lives near Mahadev temple in Fatehpura Koyli Falia was returning home on cycle after completing his night duty. On Dandia bazaar road he fell inside the open drain as the locals opened the lids due to waterlogging in the area.
As he fell inside, the locals immediately informed the fire brigade who reached the spot in no time. The fire fighters rescued the watchman in unconscious situation and shifted him to SSG where the doctors declared him dead. Raopura police is further investigating the case.
