Nearly 100 people plant saplings and celebrate birthday of their friend

Lockdown taught us new ways to celebrate occasions and get in touch with our loved ones. As social distancing is still the best remedy of Coronavirus, people found new innovative ways to celebrate and spread strong message to the society.

In one such event in Vadodara, nearly 100 people plant saplings to celebrate the birthday of their friend. With no grand celebrations they send their wishes this day by plant one sapling in their garden.

Maya Bontra is a yoga teacher and celebrate her birthday in such a unique way. The idea is simply to motivate people to plant more trees. The family is happy ,humbled and grateful after the great response from the friends and well wishers. Everyone plant a sapling, clicked their picture and send them as a birthday gift.

This type of unique ideas not only motivate us to get near to the nature but also help to save the environment for future generations to come.
