In the History of Rajkot, first time test match is going to be played between team India and England.
Indian cricket team will stay in The Imperial Palace hotel of Rajkot whereas England team will be staying in Fortune hotel of Rajkot.
Special room was prepared for the captain cook and rest of the players of England. Whole hotel was decorated with a new look of cricket with the banners and photographs.
An Imperial palace is also decorated with the banners and photographs of Indian players. Special monitoring is done so that the team may not face any problems during their stay in hotel.
From last 29 years One Day International match was played in Rajkot, but for the very first time permission for the test match is granted and the people of Rajkot are very eagerly waiting for this.
The test match will be played at Khanderi ground of Rajkot.
All the rooms are specially decorated for the Indian Players, Specially Virat Kohli has been given Room no 505.
High Profile facilities are given in this room for Virat, special menu is planned for team India. As per the guidelines of BCCI and Saurashtra Cricket Association food will be prepared for both the teams. Indian team will be given kathyawadi and continental food.
Today on 5th November Team India reached Rajkot, as today is Virat Kohli’s he reached with Anushka at Rajkot.
Anushka planned a special birthday surprise for Virat by a special cake and decorating room on the theme of cricket stadium.
