Food teams of VMSS conduct checking inside Hathikhana oil market and manufacturing and shops of sweets and darsan inside Dandia bazaar. The team collected samples of oil, sweets and other items for lab testing from the shops.

In view of the upcoming Diwali festival the food teams of VMSS conduct checking at sweet and farsan shops in the city. On the instructions of health officer Mukesh Vaidya the teams conduct checking inside famous C.N. Bumiya outlet. The team of food inspector Jitendra Gohil conduct checking at five oil depots inside Hathikhana market and collect samples of Palmolin, groundnut and cottonseed oils for lab testing.

The team of P.M. Bhavsar and Ankurbhai conduct checking at C.N. Bumiya, Jalaram Farsan Mart and Punit Khaman neat GPO along with other shops and their manufacturing units. Food inspector P.M. Bhavsar said they collected the silver foil wrapped Kaju Katri sweet and various items from Jalaram Farsan for lab testing.

The food safety teams are conduct checking inside sweet and farsan shops in view of Diwali and it will continue till the festival.
