Vadodara witness a increase in cases of Coronavirus after the festive season. The 13th round of Door to Door surveillance by the VMC health teams shown the alarming situation and people will have to take strict precautions in coming weeks.

OSD Dr Vinod Rao informed that the 13th Round of Door to Door Surveillance has shown the number of persons with suspected COVID symptoms has increased after Diwali to the levels of July – September,  after decreasing in October and early November.

It is to be noted that administration already issued warning to people for be cautious during be festive season as there was a risk of increase in cases. Now after the rise 14th Round of Door to Door Surveillance will start from tomorrow, 30th of November and will be completed on Friday the 4th of December.

Dr. Rao request people to observe greater precaution and self-discipline in the next coming weeks and work as a Team to keep Vadodara safe.
