“Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and nature” quoted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Parul University also imparts the importance to explore sense of oneness through Yoga. To disseminate the utility of yoga to the society, numerous activities are being carried out in Parul University by the Faculty of Ayurveda. This reveals the magnitude of the ancient tradition of Yoga during such unprecedented situations. At this juncture of International Yoga Day, Parul Institute of Ayurveda has been training the COVID patients in some basic yogasana’s & breathing exercises which are regularly practised in the COVID ward under strict monitoring.
