VMSS teams closed down markets in Vadodara after rush of people

Gardens, schools, coaching classes have been closed on an immediate basis by the administration as Corona cases increase in Vadodara city. But on the other hand, there is a fear of a spread of cases due to heavy congestion in the city’s Mangadbazar, Hathikhana Road, Shukravari Bazaar, Khanderao Vegetable Market and Sayajigunj Kadak Bazaar. However the administration strikes in those places and closed all the markets.

The number of Corona cases is a matter of of concern in the city and administration is taking measures to prevent the transmission. However the situation is tense at different markets in the city as people gathered there to purchase items and that proves a real dangerous situation for them.

As the matter came to the notice of corporation the anti encroachment teams reached the spot and closed down the market with strict police bandobast. There were scenes of heated arguments but the teams continue their drive as precaution is necessary to stop the transition.

It is worth mentioning that closing the markets is a problem for small traders who make a living on a daily basis, but it is just as important to close the markets to prevent the transition of corona.
