Senior lawyer politician Prashant Bhushan remarks on Lord Krishna hurt the religious feelings of many including the Vaishnavs who worship Lord Krishna. In protest of the remarks the Samast Vaishnav Vanik Parivar in Vadodara give a memorandum in theis regard and demand strict action against him. They also said that they will file civil case against the senior lawyer as he is also the man of law.Vaisnavs“Romeo loved just one lady, while Krishna was a legendary eve teaser. Would (UP CM Yogi) Adityanath have the guts to call his vigilants Anti Krishna squads?” this is the tweet that Prashant wrote criticising the ‘Anti Romeo’ drive in Uttar Pradesh. The tweet however creates controversy and protests are there from everywhere against the remarks. However he tried to damage control his remarks later by saying his remarks had been distorted and had no intentions to hurt religious sentiments.tweetHurt by the remarks the Samast Vaishnav Vanik Parivar in Vadodara gives a memorandum to the collector in this regard and demand strict punishment for the senior lawyer politician. They said the remarks hurt the sentiments of the Vaishnavs who worship Lord Krishna and if has any proof to stand his remarks then he must present it or else be ready to face the consequences.

“Prashant Bhushan is a senior lawyer and such a comment from him is unacceptable. To call Lord Krishna a eve teaser is something intolerable to us as we worship Lord Krishna. The remarks hurt our sentiments and we demand proof from him to stand his remarks. In case if he don’t have anything then be ready for the punishment as we are going to file civil case against him in the court,” said Dr. Vijay Shah President SVVP Vadodara unit Central Gujarat Zone.
