Filed case in consumer forum against the commissioner and demand compensation

Probably a first case in Vadodara a resident demand compensation from the Municipal commissioner after bitten by a dog couple of days ago. He filed a case in the consumer forum against the commissioner and demand compensation.

As per details Ramesh Parmar a resident of D-4 Gandhinagar Society, Chhani TP 13 was bitten by dogs while he was heading home from work. He was treated in the Gotri general hospital and unable to resume work for three days.

Parmar said after reading the VMC gazette he came to know about the dog tax collected by the corporation from the residents of the city. In his case the responsibility is on them and hence he filed a case in the consumer forum against the Municipal commissioner and demand compensation.
