WHO declared COVID 19 as pandemic and India is also in the grip of Coronavirus. Gujarat government released guidelines to follow and in view of that Vadodara police issued the notification to close down malls, multiplexes, cinema halls and ban the gathering of people at one place to stop the virus from spreading.

During the lockdown government is taking strict measures to implement the order strictly and also issued some important advisories to follow. In one such advisory police strictly issued a notification to stay away from posting fake posts on social media and warn from strict action against such people.

Recently a post goes viral spreading rumors about the health of Home Minister Amit Shah. Taking a strict action the Vadodara police registered a case against one Jitendra Solanki for posting the fake message on his Facebook account. The post might create fear in the mind of people and disturbance between groups in such challenging times when the city is under lockdown to fight Coronavirus.
