In view of the Uttarayan festival Vadodara police done foot patrolling in the sensitive areas of the city and appealed the people to celebrate the festival with peace and brotherhood.

The teams along with surveillance squad, SRP and Border Wing jawans done foot patrolling at sensitive areas under Warasiya police station like Dhuldhoyawad, Fatehpura Char Rasta, Kumbharwada, Mangleshwar Zampa, Bhandwada areas and met the leaders of both the communities. They request them to celebrate the festival with peace and brotherhood.

Similarly the police teams also done foot patrolling at city police station area of Panigate, Bhadra Kacheri, Junigadi, Nani Chipwad, Yakutpura, Koyli Falia, Ranawas, Panjrigar Mohalla, Hathikhana, Fatehpura and other areas.
