Vadodara police caught 32 for drink and drive

Seized vehicles in special drive

In view of upcoming Christmas and 31st December Vadodara police has carried out a special drive to check drunk and drive cases in the city. On Wednesday they caught 32 people and siezed vehicles during the special drive.

The teams of all police stations, DCB, PCB, SOG and traffic department conduct checking at various identified points and with the help of breath analysers check the drunk and drive cases.

As part of the special drive on 23rd December the team file cases against 32 people for drink and drive and seized 26 motorcycles, one auto, one four wheeler and one tempo. The drive will continue in the coming days and police request people to safely drive on roads for their own safety.
