Vadodara Navapura police arrested the rickshaw gang involved in rob elderly passengers

Vadodara Navapura police arrested the rickshaw gang involved in robbed elderly passengers of their jewellery and other costly items. The gang posed as driver and passenger commit the crime in the city and later fled away to their destination.

As per the details given by Navapura PI S.V. Chaudhary, on 23rd March one elderly lady Ajuben Rajput took a rickshaw from Kirtistambh to reach her home at Alwanaka in Manjalpur area. Three passengers are already in the rickshaw and after a quarrel with the lady took out the chain without her knowledge. They later drop her in the midway and speeding away from the spot.

As she get to know about her chain being stolen she gives a complaint in the Navapura police station. Checking the cctv footage the police found the suspicious rickshaw went towards Chhani and confirm the same with earlier footage where the rickshaw was seen moving from the same area. While asking the locals the police team ger to know about the persons coming in a rickshaw and the team search and managed to caught the gang from Chhani. Police arrested Gordhan Parmar, Ghagdi Parmar, Sajid Raj and Kishor Parmar for the offence.

Gordhan Parmar was earlier arrested in theft case in Navapura and police found the gold chain of the old lady from him. As per the MO the four search for old passengers in different areas of the city and commit their crime by having a quarrel with them and later drop them midway and fled from the spot.
