Vadodara District Collector visits Dabhoi and plan to double the number of covid beds in hospitals

A total of 110 beds have been set up in Dabhoi's 4 covid Hospital facility by arranging additional 69 beds, 1 new 20 bed covid hospital will be recognized

Vadodara District Collector Shalini Agarwal visited Dabhoi on Tuesday and consulted with various people to enhance the facilities of covid treatment. She had discussions with the managing doctors of the hospitals, province officer, mamlatdar, taluka development officer and the taluka health officer.

She visited Dabhoi Covid Hospital and instructed to make necessary arrangements for recognition as a new 20 bed Covid Hospital. She ordered to make necessary arrangements to arrange a total of 110 beds by increasing the existing 41 bed facility.

She also requested to make pool of doctors, staff and equipment of these hospitals and use it for the services of covid Care Center, Hospital.

She said that joint enforcement teams of the municipality and taluka administration as well as the police have been formed to ensure strict adherence to the rules of masks and social distance in Dabhoi town and village and to create public awareness.

She made a special request to the people of Dabhoi Nagar and Taluka to take full advantage of the arrangements for vaccination of covid and to get the eligible people vaccinated immediately. She emphasized that various operations, including the containment zone, should be coordinated by all the departments.
