Vadodara crime branch arrested gym owner for running fitness center during lockdown

Arrested others for violation of lockdown and moving outside for no reason

Vadodara crime branch arrested arrested three people along with a gym owner for opening the fitness center during lockdown in the city.

As per government orders during 21 days lockdown malls, multiplexes, cinema halls, gyms and other public places are closed due to COVID 19. Police is strictly implementing the orders and punish the people violating the rules.

In one such incident the crime branch recieved a picture and video of the fitness center and the quick response team reached the spot and found the Big Fitness Dream Gym at New VIP road operational during the lockdown. The team arrested gym owner Suraj Kahar and other two Krishna Chauhan and Chandrakant Baria under IPC 188, 269 and further investigate.

Crime branch team arrested six persons from different areas of city for violation of lockdown order placed in view of COVID 19. All of them are arrested with the help of CCTV cameras for moving outside their homes for no reason.

Police arrested Sandip Solanki, Ranchodbhai Bharwad, Prakash Baria, Kamlesh Vankar, Kanubhai Makwana and Prabhat Padhiyar and they are booked under IPC 260 and 270 in different police station
