Vadodara City Police Commissioner Dr. Shamsher Singh has greeted a police officer and three jawans of Vadodara city police force who have set a shining example of social policing by donating blood plasma useful in the treatment of Corona patients.

Plasma is being used as an amulet to rescue people in their fight against Corona pandemic. However the shortage of donors make it difficult to treat patients and many of them lost their lives.

In these circumstances, as part of the police duty towards the society, the Vadodara City Police Force has started a campaign to donate plasma to the needy. The campaign is being led by the City Police Commissioner and other top officers.

Presenting the best example of human service in uniform, an officer and three policemen have recently donated the life-saving blood plasma.

City Police Commissioner greeted the four plasma donors which include police officer Arun B. Mishra, Kalpeshbhai Nandkishore, Lok Rakshak Vanrajji Shekharji and Akash Bhanubhai and present them plasma donor certificates. He lauded the spirit of these people to be helpful to corona patients through plasma donations as well as a motivator for all in the police force.
