Vadodara city cyber crime arrested one for sending obscene messages to a woman

Vadodara city cyber crime arrested an accused from Ahmedabad for sending obscene messages to a woman after creating a fake social media account of her. He also harass her by calling from different mobile applications.

As per details the woman lodged a complaint at the Cyber ​​Crime Police Station alleging that the accused had befriended her on Facebook. However she snipped ties with him after knew about the accused harassing several girls on social media like her.

Irked with that the accused created a fake Facebook ID in the name of the complainant and uploaded the naked photos of her on the story. He also wrote the mobile number of the complainant and her husband and often called her from different mobile applications numbers.

Based on the complaint registered on 24th April 2021, the cyber crime team with the help of technical resources arrest the accused Sarfaraz Sheikh from Isanpur Ahmedabad. The accused accepted about the crime and based on that police seized his mobile and further investigating in the case. The accused
studied till 7th and works in a factory.
