gang strikes inside the marriage function in Vadodara and suspected to be lifted
the bag carrying cash and jewellery worth more than 1.75lakhs. Police access
the CCTV footage of the party plot and investigating in the matter to catch the
accused.

As per
details marriage function of elder daughter of Bhaidasbhai Baria was organised
on Thursday evening at Bhaikaka party plot near Ajwa crossing on NH8. The whole
family is enjoying and ceremony was going on after the marriage.

The bride’s
mother was taking care of all the gifts and placed the cash and jewellery
inside her purse.

Meanwhile
bride’s mother went to have water and placed the bag on the chair and was
shocked to see the purse missing as soon as she comes back. She started crying
and the whole family was shocked to hear the news of bag lifting from the
function. The guests were also shocked to hear the news.

The bride’s
brother and family members began the search for the gang and also dialled the
mobile number present inside the purse. Luckily they found the mobiles with the
help of ringtones from near the road but failed to trace the lifters.

Bhaidasbhai
Baria filed a complaint in Bapod police station against the accused. Bhaidasbhai
says some kids were playing near the stage during the function and they suspect
them for lifting the purse. Further investigation is still on it’s way.
